CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations carry a 10% handling fee.
Non-arrivals: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
Less than 1 week notice: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
Deposit: Minimum of 50% deposit secures booking. Outstanding balance to be payed no longer than 1 week before arrival.
Cancellation Notice: 1 – 2 weeks or more notice: 25% of deposit refunded.

Please note: No refunds on deposits for peak seasons, long weekends, public holidays, or group bookings. In such cases, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

50% of the daily rate will be charged for each day’s accommodation cancelled. The above conditions may be relaxed under exceptional circumstances. Please note that rate increases may apply.
